We are pleased to welcome Sheryl Williamson, the Past President of the Vancouver Police Board, as our guest this evening. No doubt this will be a very interesting and memorable occasion and we thank Ms. Williamson for spending time with us!
There were some changes in the March and April dinner meetings. Our expected guest in March, Brad Alden, had an accident shortly before the dinner date. We hope he is improving and able to join us later in the year. In his stead we were very fortunate to receive Betty McIntosh, Councillor, as the guest speaker and thank her for her excellent presentation.
Our thanks also go to Nick Cheng, President, who was our guest speaker at the April meeting where we witnessed a very professional and informative presentation from Nick, who is a Financial Advisor with Edward Jones right here in New Westminster! Thank you again Nick for this presentation; you work hard for the Canadian Club and it was a pleasure to be with you in your professional capacity in April.

Our next dinner meeting will be held September 23, 2014 while we break for the summer months. However, we will hold our annual Summer Luncheon in June and details will be announced in the coming weeks.
